I been strength, speed, training for 1 year and few months now. I do, 2 hour a day strength bands, wall ball, slam ball, slip bag, boxing bag, rotating bar, step ladder. A lot of other working for punch power and speed. I am looking for a sparring partner who can spar with me 3 days a week. I am green in the ring I am new. But I want to get better.
